Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING OVERVIEW

When you place an order, Pure Plan will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items Pure Plan sells are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies Pure Plan uses, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery Method: Pure Plan uses the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

Order Tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier of Pure Plan's choice, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, Pure Plan will ship to you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available Pure Plan will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You will be notified via email of the item being on back order.

Exchange Policy: If any product arrives damaged or broken, or if part of your order is missing, you must notify Pure Plan within 3 days of delivery.


RETURNS OVERVIEW

All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee, based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund or to return products please email hello@pureplan.com to request a refund and Pure Plan will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns or refunds will be accepted without an RMA number.
